I'm running two classes in Ealing at the moment (Monday evenings - see schedule below; classes are run in St Andrew’s Church Centre). I have yoga mats and blocks available for students, so do not worry if you don't have your own equipment.

Ashtanga Yoga for Beginners Course
The beginners course will focus on familiarising students with base poses and breathing techniques of Ashtanga Yoga. Ashtanga Yoga is focused on synchronisation between movement and breath. It helps to develop core strength, better understanding of your body and self-awareness and deeply relax the body and mind.
Ashtanga Yoga Intermediate Course
This course is designed primarily for students, who already are familiar with the primary series of the Ashtanga Yoga. It focuses on perfecting the movements and the rhythm of the breath.
Two options are available:
- pay as you go - £10 per session
- 5 session block - £45 (£5 saving)
